Answer me the questions, 

That burn inside my head, 

Why I’m alive and kicking, 

Yet others now are dead, 

Answer me the riddle, 

That denies my peace of mind, 

Why I can see so clearly, 

Yet the powers that be are blind, 

There’s money enough for weapons, 

For politicians to entertain, 

Yet none to ease the suffering, 

Of those who are in pain
